Management policies of CORE & Reporting and Documentation
General Body
The General Body of CORE consists of 11members.The General Body meets twice annually during the period from June15th to August15th to approve the receipts and payments of the previous financial year and to approve the budget for the coming financial year . And the2 nd meeting is during 15th of January to 15 th February to review the work progress .
Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of 7members.It meets three months once to take policy decisions and review the work progress time to time
The Director
The Executive Board appoints The Director any one from its Members for full time. An honorarium pen month is fixed according to the availability of financial sources He is responsible for implementing the policy decisions of the board and General body, Mobilization of resources, Overall planning, appointments, implementation and reporting
Staffing
The required staff will be appointed by the Director, through interviews. An interview committee will be Constituted by the Director for this purpose. Staff will be appointed according to the project requirements. Appointment letters will be provided to the new recruiters on yearly basis mentioning their roles and responsibilities nd salary per month
Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and Documentation
- Qualitative and Quantitative indicators will be developed to measure the work progress month wise, for half year and for the year with the participation of all the stakeholders of the project.
- Performance Review of program and finance will be conducted every month , half yearly and yearly to take necessary corrective steps.
Reporting:
- Monthly, Half yearly and yearly project reports will be prepared to measure the progress
Documentation:
- Documentation is an important activity of CORE. It is an integral part of Action Research . CORE documents Case studies, ,failures, Success stories; historical cultural events ,translations Into Telugu are all Evaluation comes under this documentation
Evaluation
CORE regularly conducts Internal and External evaluations .
Internal evaluation is conducted at the end of every year by a team of senior staff appointed by the Director based on Terms of Reference for each project
External Evaluation will be conducted by the Donor agencies. Terms of reference, appointment of Evaluation team, duration will be decided by the donors in consultation with CORE
